My books<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Here is how I have wanted to spread data protection knowledge thanks to the cooperation of my publishers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

* Edizioni Giuridiche Simone (http:\/\/simone.it<\/a><\/span><\/span>) (three editions) since the beginning of data protection legislation in Italy (law 675\/1996) up to Italian Data Protection Code \u2013 last edition May 2004 \u2013 \u00abLa Privacy<\/em>\u00bb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

* Edizioni Philanthropy (http:\/\/edizioni.philanthropy.it<\/a><\/span><\/span>), which allowed me to suggest to not-for-profit organisations how to deal with personal data of donors and users of their social services, also thanks to masters where I am a speaker devoted to ONG organised by Bologna University \u2013 Forl\u00ec subsidiary \u2013 \u00abLa privacy per il non-profit e il fundraising<\/em>\u00bb (May 2006)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

* Datev Koinos srl (http:\/\/datevkoinos.it<\/a><\/span><\/span>), which published in May 2004 the book \u00abRiforma della Privacy: responsabilit\u00e0 e doveri per gli studi professionali<\/em>\u00bb, a practical guide for accounting professionals and for which I am a speaker in congresses and for e-learning. Then, it published the e-book \u00abGDPR e studi professionali \u2013\u00a0Adempimenti e soluzioni pratiche<\/em>\u00bb\u00a0(May 2020)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

* Maggioli spa (http:\/\/maggiolieditore.it<\/a><\/span><\/span>), which published the book\u00a0\u00abGDPR e fundraising<\/em>\u00bb (December 2019), for not-for-profit organisations about fundraising activities, with updates directly on its website.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All the books deal with legislative interpretations and give practical advice to be compliant with the provisions governing data protection, analysing the sectors and their particularities. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
